Recently, a project cooperation and exchange meeting was held between Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation(SBW) and Jiangsu University(UJS). Secretary of the Party Committee of UJS Yuan Shouqi, chairman of SBW Yu Hongchang, deputy general manager and director of Design Department Fu Wei, deputy general manager and director of Technology Development Department Yong Xingping, director of the fluid center Yuan Jianping, deputy director of the fluid center Zhang Jinfeng, Pei Ji, Peng Guangjie and relevant technical representatives of both sides attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Pei Ji.

On behalf of UJS, Yuan Shouqi delivered a welcome speech, expressing gratitude to SBW Nuclear Power Pump Industry Co., Ltd. for its long-term support and trust in UJS. Yuan Shouqi briefly introduced the development achievements of UJS in recent years and its work in pump research and development team construction, industry service and international cooperation. He wished to carry out research on new technologies such as nuclear power pumps and devices, improve the speed of achievement transformation and application, and jointly promote the development of high-end pumps and devices in China by fully cooperation with SBW.

Then, Yu Hongchang introduced development of pump products business segment. He wished that the two sides would further keep close contact, deepen industry-university-research cooperation, continue to tackle key problems in the fields of nuclear power pumps, petrochemical pumps and hydraulic pumps, and constantly promote the localization of key core technologies.

Subsequently, Yuan Jianping introduced the basic situation of China’s National Research Center of Pumps(NRCP). The cooperation between the two sides in applying for the Innovation Platform of the National Energy Administration was introduced by researcher Fu Qiang. At last, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the high temperature and high pressure test task of nuclear safety injection pump.

This activity is a good start to promote the deeper and broader cooperation between the two sides. Meanwhile, it also lays a good foundation for the in-depth cooperation between the fluid machinery and engineering discipline and industry leading enterprises.
