Rules for Scholarship of National Research Center of Pumps

Chapter I: General

Article 1: Scholarship for overseas distinguished students is set for those excellent students who are planning to study or have been studying in the National Research Center of Pumps（NRCP）, Jiangsu University. There are three types of scholarships, namely NRCP Doctor Scholarship, NRCP Master Scholarship, and NRCP Short-Term Student Scholarship (short-term language learning, short-term visiting, short-term education, et al).
Article 2: The evaluation of the scholarships will be based on the rule of 'justice, publicity and fairness'.Office of the National Engineering Research Center is responsible for the whole process.

Chapter II: Qualification

Article 3: Applicants should have good moral character and discipline of the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of Jiangsu University.
Article 4: Applicants should perform well in the study, with excellent academic records.
Article 5: Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy. Participate actively in the social activities.
Article 6: He/she can not apply scholarships in the event of any followings: anyone, in violation of the provisions of laws, who has been punished by the public security departments; anyone, who has broken the rules and regulations of the university, and has been punished; anyone, whose misbehavior had evil impact upon the university.

Chapter III: Scholarship Scheme

Article 7: Applicants who meet the requirements should submit the application materials to NRCP Office.
Article 8: NRCP Office will check Applicants’ qualification and have a preliminary examination.
Article 9: The list of candidates will be publicized on the NRCP website for 7 days and suggestions will be collected after check. The final list will be publicized in the website and submitted to and recorded in the OEC of Jiangsu University.

Chapter IV: Scholarship Allocation

Article 10: The Chinese Government Scholarship, Jasmine Scholarship and Jiangsu University President Scholarship are encouraged to be applied prior. If the application of the scholarships above is succeed, NRCP will also support a part of NRCP scholarship. If the application to the scholarships above is failed, the full NRCP scholarship (shown in the following table) can be applied:

Article 11: NRCP Foreign Doctor Scholarship and NRCP Foreign Master Scholarship are paid monthly by National Research Center, and the recipient of scholarship’s information and performance will be reviewed every year to determine whether the student is qualified for the scholarship in next year.
