Jiangsu University is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, one of the National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities. It is a comprehensive research university featuring engineering, with a history over one hundred years. This university grew out of Zhenjiang Institute of Agricultural Machinery, one of the 88 national universities confirmed by the State Council in 1978, ranking 41st in 2017. Its ESI global ranking of engineering is top 1%. Supported by Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology, School of Energy and Power Engineering and School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering, the discipline is dominant discipline of Jiangsu universities and colleges, the cultivation and construction point of key disciplines at national level, owning national key discipline, Fluid Machinery and Engineering, National Research Center of Pumps, and 5 provincial and ministerial level engineering centers and key laboratories.

2. Requirements
(1) Under 35 years old and full time
(2) The applicant should already get a PhD degree or be the graduating doctoral candidate in foreign universities or key universities in China, excellent in both character and study, healthy.
(3) The applicant should have a doctor degree in power engineering and engineering thermal physics, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or agricultural biological environment and energy engineering etc.
(4) The applicant should have solid basic professional theory,background of scientific research practice, innovative research results in recent 3 years, strong scientific research ability, professionalism and sense of cooperation.
3. Treatment
(1) The same as formal university teachers and staff.
(2) Own working place and corresponding equipment
(3) Basic salary: RMB 250,000 Yuan / year before tax for those who with Phd. Degree awarded by universities ranked in world Top 300; RMB 150,000 Yuan / year before tax for those who with Phd. Degree awarded by universities ranked out of world Top 300;
(4) Housing:Post-doctoral apartment can be provided for full-time post-doctors by university, or a monthly RMB 700 Yuan rent allowance.
(5) Application of funds: national and provincial research funds and incentive funds, such as Xiangjiang Scholar Program，China- German Program, Internationl exchange program (import and export and academic exchange), Chinese National Natural Science Foundation, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and Jiangsu Postdoctoral Science Foundation etc.
