On the morning of November 11, the appointment ceremony and academic report of three foreign experts Gregg Henry Dill, Charles Carter Hillyer and Antonio Pires de Camargo in the field of irrigation equipment were successfully held in Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology, Jiangsu University. The report was chaired by Zhang Jinfeng, Deputy Director of the fluid center. At the appointment ceremony, Prof. Yuan Shouqi first extended a warm welcome to the arrival of a group of experts, and awarded them the certificates of Jiangsu University.

After the report, the experts visited laboratory of the fluid center and expressed their full affirmation of the laboratory's construction level. And they hoped that two sides could conduct more extensive and in-depth cooperation and exchanges.
