On April 18, Dean Liu Yunhe of Institute of Water Resources and Hydro-Electric Engineering and Deputy Director Guo Pengcheng of Department of Science and Technology of Xi’an University of Technology visitedNational Research Center of Pumps in Jiangsu University. The discussion mainly conducted on scientific development, subject management and personnel training.

Prof. Yuan Jianping firstly introduced the history of Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology as well as National Research Center of Pumps. Besides these, he also analyzed the overall concept of Fluid Machinery Engineering, the overall structure of the discipline development and the talent team building ideas and main initiatives.
