On April 11, Li Yukun, Vice Chairman of China General Machinery Industry Association Pump Division, Gang Xie, Deputy Secretary-General and Li Shubin, Chief Engineer of Pump Division visited the National Research Center.

Prof. Yuan Shouqi first extended a warm welcome to the arrival of Li Yukun on behalf of the university and the National Research Center. He detailed the history and development of Jiangsu University, the characteristics and advantages of fluid machinery engineering disciplines and the cooperation situation with pump industry in China. Prof. Yuan Jianping focused on the major achievements made by the center in subject construction and development, the establishment and operation of national platforms, the management of teachers, and the transformation of technological achievements.
