Graphics workstations, parallel machines and CFD
Graphics workstations, parallel machines are mainly used in hydraulic fluid mechanical model for auxiliary hydraulic design and three-dimensional modelling, fluid machinery internal three-dimensional flow field calculation , simulation show and fluid mechanical performance prediction, etc. Flow field calculation result and performance prediction help us to simulation hydraulic model and assist us to design fluid mechanical machine. Graphics workstations is imported SGI workstation, to ensure the advanced technology and facilities. Parallel machines are made by front-end machine and node machine through high-speed lans connected to the operation system (USES Linux system). CFD software for Fluent and CFX, which can carry out the flow of numerical simulation and analysis.

Particle imaging PIV test system
PIV system is a kind of modern flow field test system,which can make the flow field tests rapidly, intuitively, it is without interfering with flow field ,etc.it can undertake fluid machinery internal flow field research and measurement. This System includes YAG200 - NWL type pulse laser, LaserPulse computer control synchronizer, PowerView 4MP digital CCD camera, Insight3G image acquisition and analysis software, 610015 - your NW model light arm, slice illuminant components etc. The center has the international first-class level of 3d PIV two sets of test system.

3d laser rapid prototyping system
Using 3d laser rapid prototyping system can be easily to pump impeller blade or on precision mould manufacturing and processing, greatly raising processing precision, which guarantees product's reliability.

Phase Doppler particle analyzer PDPA
PDPA is based on the flow field of flow velocity and particle size of synchronous measurement. It is recognized as a measurement spray particle and other spherical particles and speed of standard methods, phase doppler technic measurement accuracy, high precision. It can monitor real-time doppler pulse, can display real-time the final result,can measure the instantaneous velocity value, average parameters such as measuring instantaneous, also can average particle size, particle size, volume concentration, the parameters such as flux, Data analysis and related statistical calculations, displacement control and grid point is generated. This system can be used for gas-solid, gas fluid, liquid-solid two-phase flow field in three-dimensional velocity measurement, particle size measurement and concentration measurement, achieving synchronization, no contact with real time measurement. Equipment main performance indexes: speed range: 0 ~ 500meter per second, Speed precision: 0.5per cent, Particle size measurement range: 0.5 ~ 13,000 mecron, Particle size measurement accuracy: 0.5per cent, The maximum concentration: 106 per Cubic centimeters.
